Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that life happens and emergencies can arise. However, to ensure fairness to all members and to respect our instructors’ time,

The Lotus Studio maintains a strict cancellation and no-show policy.

Cancellations

All class reservations must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class start time.

• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will be considered a late cancellation.

• Late cancellations will result in:

  • Loss of class credit

  • A $25 late cancellation fee

• Late cancellation fees are non-refundable.

No-Shows

A no-show occurs when a member does not attend a scheduled class and does not cancel in advance.

• Each no-show will result in:

  • Loss of class credit

  • A $25 no-show fee (non-refundable)

• After three (3) no-shows, the booking system will automatically restrict future class bookings.

  • Booking privileges may only be restored with admin approval.

By booking a class, you agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
