YES all of our classes are heated.

10 minutes before class starts, so you can make sure to have waivers signed, find your spot, and gather your equipment. Also have any questions answered.

Grip socks recommended but now required. Water bottle, sweat towel and yourself. We provide the rest.

Pilates is actually a wonderful way to ease back into exercise! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, We recommend starting with 2–3 classes per week and focusing on consistency rather than intensity.

For safety and to respect the class experience, doors lock 5 minutes after class begins.
You will be charged and no-show fee of $25 and class credit is lost

YES if there is a spot available, definitely! We higly recommend booking classes in advance as they fill up fast, but please be mindful of booking and not showing up. Please refer to our cancellation policies

The owner of the account and one who made the reservation must cancel their own class in a timely manner, we do not accept email requests to cancel your reservation.

15 years of age. MUST fill out an UNDER AGE WAIVER and be signed by parent or guardian. The minor must have their own account.

Membership holders are allowed 1 guest for free every billing cycle.
Members with class packs can bring a guest by using one of their own credits from their class pack.
